The following terms and conditions govern your use of Dinar Marketplace, our exclusive coin-based trading platform.
By accessing or using our marketplace, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dinar Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
Account Requirements
To use Dinar Marketplace, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Have only one active account
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.
Dinar Coin System
About Dinar Coins
Dinar coins are our platform's exclusive digital currency. They have no cash value outside of Dinar Marketplace and are only recognized within our system.
Initial Allocation
Every new user receives 5 Dinar coins upon registration to start participating in the marketplace.
Coin Valuation
The value of Dinar coins is entirely determined by our community through the marketplace. We do not set or regulate coin value.
Dinar coins are non-transferable to external platforms and cannot be exchanged for real currency through our platform.
Marketplace Rules
All users must adhere to these marketplace rules:
Trading Guidelines
- List items and services accurately with clear descriptions
- Honor all transactions once agreed upon
- Communicate professionally with other users
- Set reasonable Dinar prices for goods and services
- Deliver goods or services as described in your listing
Marketplace listings are subject to review and may be removed if they violate our policies.
Transactions

All transactions are final once completed, unless otherwise specified in the listing.
Referral Program
Earn by Referring
Users receive 1 Dinar coin for each new user who joins through their referral link and creates an account.
The following rules apply to the referral program:
- Referrals must be new, unique users who have not previously registered
- Self-referrals are prohibited and may result in account suspension
- Referral rewards are credited automatically once the new user completes registration
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Selling illegal goods or services
- Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
- Creating multiple accounts
- Manipulating the Dinar coin system
- Harassment or abuse of other users
- Attempting to convert Dinar coins to real currency
- Using automated systems to interact with the platform without permission
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of your Dinar coins.
Limitation of Liability
Dinar Marketplace is not liable for:
- Disputes between users
- Quality of goods or services offered by users
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Loss of Dinar coins due to user error
- Value fluctuations of Dinar coins as determined by the community
- External arrangements between users outside our platform
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- At our discretion for any reason
Upon termination, any remaining Dinar coins in your account may be forfeited.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Dinar Marketplace after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.
By using Dinar Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
